These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to this website and purchases from Meridian Naturals, including SonaMind® products (the "Services"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Health & Product Disclaimer

SonaMind is a dietary supplement, not a medical device, drug, or a replacement for professional care. In particular:

• Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Sudden hearing loss is a medical emergency. If you experience sudden hearing loss, seek immediate care from a qualified professional; do not rely on any supplement.

• Individual results vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• One-time purchases. All packages are single, one-time payments. We do not enroll you in subscriptions, auto-ship programs, or recurring billing of any kind.
• Pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Promotional pricing applies while displayed and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you receive a full refund.
• Accuracy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, so your order reaches you.
• Taxes. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

• Orders typically ship within 24 hours on business days from our US warehouse.
• US shipping is free on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. Any shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
• All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product name on the box.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. Lost packages are reshipped or refunded per our Refund Policy.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; title passes when the carrier accepts the shipment.

5. Refunds & Guarantee

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names (including SonaMind®), and page designs, belongs to Meridian Naturals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to interfere with the site's operation, scraping content at scale, submitting false reviews or fraudulent orders, or violating any applicable law.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing limits your rights under our money-back guarantee.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Meridian Naturals against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Governing law & disputes
