Scope of This Policy
This policy explains how Meridian Naturals collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase, or communicate with us. We do not sell personal information for money.

- Reviews and feedback: if you choose to leave a review or testimonial, we collect the content you submit and the name you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, device type (mobile or desktop), and general location inferred from your IP address.
- Usage information: pages you view, how far you scroll, referring sources and campaign parameters (UTM tags), and actions such as adding a product to your cart. We use a first-party anonymous identifier stored in your browser for this; it does not contain your name or contact details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill orders: processing payment, arranging shipping, sending order and tracking confirmations, and providing customer support.
- To honor our guarantee: verifying purchases and processing refunds.
- To improve our store: understanding which pages and sections work, diagnosing errors, and preventing fraud.

5. Email & SMS Marketing
If you opt in, we may send you offers, restock alerts, and hearing-health content by email or text message.
- Email: every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing never affects order confirmations or refund correspondence.
- SMS: consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.

- Opt out — of marketing communications and of any "sharing" of data for cross-context advertising.

7. Security, Retention & Children
Security
All traffic to our store is encrypted with TLS (the padlock in your browser). Payment details are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors and never touch our servers. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for support and fulfillment.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Analytics data is pseudonymous and aggregated. If you request deletion, we remove your personal information except where the law requires us to keep it.
Children
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
